This Warranty Policy is separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

The Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible return requests submitted within 90 days from the date your order is delivered. The Warranty Policy applies to eligible warranty claims involving covered manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty period.

A product may be outside the 90-day return window but still eligible for warranty review if the issue falls within the warranty coverage terms.

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products purchased directly from Fitzoraz or authorized Fitzoraz sales channels.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resale platforms, second-hand sellers, auction sites, or private sellers may not be eligible for warranty coverage because Fitzoraz cannot verify product authenticity, storage conditions, handling history, or purchase details.
